Long hair...oh how I miss you!!

It's been just over 3 months since I decided to have all my hair chopped off to achieve a hairstyle similar to Frankie Sandford (the Saturdays), and right now I'm really regretting it. At the time I did love it but deep down I always knew that I would probably regret doing it as growing it was going to be a long process and that it would be even harder since my hair is considerably shorter at one side! Usually my hair grows quite quickly and anytime I've had a bob I've been able to grow it out within about 6 months but just now my hair doesn't seem to be growing much at all and I have serious hair envy!!
Everytime I see someone with long hair I pine for my old hair! ha ha. Most people told me at the time not to do it but I thought my long hair was boring and I really wanted a change but I'm really bored with short hair, there's not really much you can do with. With long hair you have the option to curl, straighten, wave, wear it up, wear it down and if you're Cheryl Cole you can wear it like a bow if you desire! (Wasn't really a fan of that myself though)
At the moment I'm seriously considering hair extensions but I don't really know much about them. I had a quick look into them but there seems so many different ones to choose from and I don't know what would be best for my hair, or if my hair is even long enough to get them!
So as 2010 is coming to an end I can say I've learned one thing about myself - I do actually have my limits! I can 100% say that my hair will never be cut above my shoulders again. I tried it and I don't like it so by doing it I've learned something, and you know what they say; you'll never know if you like something till you've tried it.

I've never had my hair that short but I sort of know how you feel. I got about 8 or so inches chopped over the summer and I wished I hadn't! I'm growing it out again but it's taking FOREVER!
I actually bought some Jessica Simpson extensions. It's a full clip on, I mainly just use it when I go out but I've really liked it. The color blends in with my hair really well and adds a lot of volume to my hair.
I have seen the jessica simpson extensions but there was a limited colours and none seemed to be dark enough for my hair but I have heard great things about them.
I really wish I hadn't cut my hair, growing your hair out really dies take forever! x
Whoops! does take forever, not dies!
